Please be aware when sending your machines into Ocean-land Electrical for repairs and servicing.
Over the past 7 months we have sent several welding machines in for repairs & full service.
5 were returned to us by our customers within 48 hours of receiving them back stating that they were not working.
None of the machines were sorted out under the "warranty" of 3 months, each time we were presented with a bigger bill than the original quote to do the repair & service.
Warranty machines sent to then in a clean state were returned UN repaired and very dirty.
When quoting to repair the machine under warranty there was always a charge for re-cleaning the machine that in most cases had not even worked for more than 30 minutes.
The attitude of the owner and workshop person is not good at all.
The attitude of the lady in the accounts is shocking if you have not paid by 12h00 on the 1st of the month she is actually rude to you.
