I called Edgars Accounts Department From after 8 Phone just kept on ringing. When I eventually got someone to answer, I spoke to them about my problem and then was asked for my ID number, I then responded that I do have my account number, she then said "NO ITS FINE" so I continued providing my ID number. She then got upset at me and told me Now I am giving my ID number, she then continued to mock me.
