On 7th December 2010 I bought a Defy Gas Hob 5 burner Glass at Kloppers in Knysna. After three years the one burner has rusted through. Kloppers requested a replacement burner from Defy more than 3 weeks ago but Defy have shown no interest and Kloppers eventually gave me a new burner from the showroom floor.
