According to which standard of honest and fairness does Cape Union Mart conduct business?
I have purchased a Old Khaki Women's Leta Check Shirt (bar code 114284057013) for R299 yet yesterday when I received the shirt I see the actual price is R199 (as this new price sticker was placed above the previous price sticker of R299) yet the charge me the old price instead of the discounted price - doing that is daylight of consumers and not honest nor fair business conduct - so what is the procedure that I need to follow to send the shirt back and get my refund since Cape Union Mart me which is very unprofessional to charge the client R299 when the actual discounted price of the shirt is R199 as indicated on the bar coded stickers that's stick on the shirt?
This was my first time I have purchased from Cape Union Mart and I doubt ill be doing so in the future due to the way they do business in an dishonest manner. Not impressed at all with Cape Union's business ethics - that's very low and unprofessional and unethical standards to run a business when you "bevark" our clients like that.
