My Jet acc was paid up in 2007 last stament received with zero balance 12/08/2007. Now i've received sms from a company VVM that say your Jet acc has been handed over to VVM. I've never used the account since it was paid up. Went to Brits Mall to Jet waiting for Manager to help me after the cashier asked him/her to come and help me, didn't show up has to go back to work was during lunch time tell him to leave his manager will phone H/O. Phone Jet head office on the 27th speak to Lina at customer serv to fax me a detail statement regarding the money I owe them still waiting for it supposed to get it within 24 hours. in the meantime speak to a lawyer regarding this matter and he reply that it would appear that the debt has prescribed in Terms of the Prescription Act, which means that it cannot be counted against you as a debt, and the listing of your name on the credit bureau was/is illegal and must be corrected. after received another sms form VVM C ERASMUS information has been updated iro your profile at CPB Credit Bureau. Phone VVM tell them refuse to pay for something that I'didn't buy or was aware of. Never get any sms. call of statement from Jet since statement of Aug 2007
