He called us on the 5 November to ask if we want to start a contract on our number for a laptop (hp 6258 with windows 8, built in wifi, 1000mb free per month with a warranty of 24 months) he said it will only take 14days for the laptop to be delivered. We haven't received it and its almost a month later. Every time we call they put the phone down. We are waiting for the bill to come but why would anyone want to pay for something they haven't received yet this is unacceptable!
