Account in arrears that should have been closed

Upon leaving the employment of the foschini group, I signed documentation stating that my account will be paid up from my pension fund and will be closed. I now check my transunion profile 3 months later and find out that the account is 3 months in arrears.

The reason I received for the account not being closed: "Unfortunately, the Administrator who initially dealt with your claim being finalized & in his hand over the documents for your staff account and loan were not passed onto the administrator who finalized your claim." This arrear record now appears on my transunion record. All i want is for this arrear record to be removed from my profile as staff oversight is not my fault.

I don't understand why I didnt even receive a call from the collections department for missing 3 payments. I had to inform the company of outstanding monies!!
