300km of travelling for nothing

I phoned Incredible Connection (Port Elizabeth) yesterday and queried an invoice reprint after which the call was put through to Scott. I informed him that I am looking into retrieving a reprint of an invoice from Decmber 2006 and he said this cannot be done over the phone and it must be done instore where I can accompany the person in charge of accounting in order to assist them in identifying the invoice on the system. I drove 150km from Cape St Francis to Port Elizabeth to sort this out as it is an urgent matter and was told this cannot be done and if it was possible it could have been performed telephonically or via e-mail. This wasted 4 hours of my time and the petrol driving back and forth.
