Returned a Kodak copier/printer ONE DAY after 6 month guarantee expired and phoned IC (Incredible Connection) HQ repeatedly: no luck. It was repaired, returned, yielded other problems. Again sent in for repairs, came back and then would not print (all pages came out blank). Now IC says it is working. After it has been in three times for repairs, and it never delivered on its promise in the first place, i insist on a refund/voucher. I am dealing with Hein at the Bridge, who at least phones me regularly to say IC HQ still wont budge. What Consumer Protection Act? Who will protect me? This is really incredible, and incredibly bad service. Please do not buy anything from IC - they dont give their customers a fair deal at all.
