SERIOUSLY DISSAPOINTED!

I have gone through the whole process of obtaining a Makro card and account card - so I can shop there. I normaly run up a 7 to R8000 bill and I pay it - because that is my responsibility. But three weeks ago - I bought some vacuum packed biltong and steri stumpy milkshakes from them - took it home and presented it to my family and friends the next Saturday for the rugby - Just to find out that the meat was OFF and 6 of the milk shakes had also gone bad! No what would you do? I took the discusting goods and through it away! When I reported this to Makro - I was told that - should have Kept the Smelling - OFF material and brought it back! Now I stay a good 25 to 30 min from the Vaal store and thus only shop there once or even (wice a month - so this means - I had to inconviniance myself - use more petrol and my time to transport smelly off food stuffs back to the place I had already spend thousands and waisted an hour waiting in a que?!? I have tried speaking to Makro Management and was politely told that there is nothing "they" could or would do. I will pay my account with Makro - but you will not see my R8000 a month again and I will share this experience with everyone
