I purchased an item of furniture from Bradlows earlier in the year. In March. I have been paying every month but I do not receive any statements. In September I called the national call centre and the consultant said my details were captured correctly she will get a statement posted to me and e-mailed to me. I am still waiting. I then approached the cashier at the branch where I make my monthly payment and she lodged a complaint on the system for me requesting the statements. She even showed me the complaint was submitted. I still get no response. I can't pay and not receive a statement and I no longer know who to speak to because all channels I have used have brought me no joy.
