End of April I decided I want to pay off my account went to Bradlows Maponya Mall which is my branch. They told me they cant get hold of head office to check my outstanding balance and when the cashier checked she said I owed R10459.86 and on the other system it said R9879.07, I decided to double check all my statements. Statement dated 07/03/2013-Outstanding balance R10696.13 I pay R500.(06/04/2013), R900.00 (07/04/2013, 08/05/2013 the branch says outstanding balance R10459.86 I pay R2000 (08/05/2013), R2500.00 (17/05/2013) then R2000.00 (25/05/2013) with added fees of R574.75 every month and this fee goes down depending on how much I owe, on 06/07/2013 the branch says my balance is R6118.33.I have not received a statement from end of April when I called their call centre they said everything looks fine on their side according to them I am receiving statement and they have received all my payments. And they send me a settlement letter which I did not ask for it. I went to the branch and told them that it looks like money was added to my outstanding balance. The branch have no explanation why it happen and say it will take a while to sort out.
