I bought 5 daddy deal vouchers 4 a special birthday for my mom, we arrived on Saturday afternoon where we were promised that we will not be able to go on the Pontoon ride as it is unavailable however they will take us out on a game drive, after that we checked in. The hotel smells like urine everywhere & old dust.
We made our way to the observatory and we were quite a large table compared to the others, nonetheless we could see into the kitchen. The majority of people at our table ordered the steak and we enjoyed it very much, however my uncle & farther saw the chef lick his fingers & he picked up the piece of steak & placed it into our plates... this was done for each 6 steak... DIGUSTING
We were unable to enjoy the stars as well...
We headed back to the hotel & confirmed the game drive & requested that we could jacuzzi. The Manager was not very happy & had a little tantrum when he heard the guests wanted to jacuzzi. He said that he would contact us in 1 hour 30 min to inform us that the jacuzzi was available. He never did & he gave us the worse bad attitiude ever.
We were not booked 4 the game drive either the next morning, which i think was Fanie's way of spiting us perha
