I bought 2 vouchers for canvas prints from Daddy's deals. When I spoke to supplier ( ( Zeleno design studios) they refused to honour the deal and said there were errors on the advertisement and the actual costs were more than double that which was advertised. I brought this to the attention of Daddy's deals on 23 November and they claimed that the advertisement was not incorrect and that the deal was good. Coby-Jo from Daddy's deals was the account manager and was going to follow up and give me feedback. I have mailed her again on 3 occasions - 27 Nov, 6 Dec and 21 Jan to request feedback without any joy.
One thing is for sure and that is that I will never deal with them again and have unsubsribed to their notifications. Just would like to get my money back - it might not be much, but it is mine and I paid for something that they cannot deliver.
