The Hotel claims to have the following:
Jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, snooker tables, pool tables, pontoon ride (as part of the deal), table tennis table, squash court, tennis courts & game drives and 3 restaurants.
The hotel has a terrible stench of cat urine and there are cats everywhere.
Out of the two tennis courts, the one had a tree growing on the court, and the tennis fencing was broken almost all round.
There weren't table tennis equipment, the snooker table didn't work properly, the pool table was moved up against a wall. The heated pool wasn't heated, the Jacuzzi was only half full & didn't seem to work.
The main pool wasn't filled, my girlfriend and I had to clean our own sunbathing chairs. I think the staff had a light bulb moment while we were in the middle of our cleaning, and started coming down to help us...
The Rooms: It seems as if the hotel has plumbing problems, as our toilet flushed only when it wanted to.
Game Drives, the two we signed up for never happened, the reason for the one was, that the person (owner of the hotel) was over at Makro.
The food was great, but I can get a great meal 500m from where I live.
Disappointed is an understatement.
