Takealot isn't always perfect, but they do pull out every stop they can to make their customers happy. I've bought numerous items from them over the years, and on many occasions been treated like their VIP, from great prices to speedy delivery, to sorting out an incorrect item with the correct one and not even charging me for it, they really do go the extra mile. And if you call their support line, they answer faster instantly. Thanks Takealot for a brilliant service! (I usually complain a lot about bad service, especially Banking and Cellphone companies... finally one that is worthy of a compliment =)
