Phoned call centre on monday 25/11/2013 to reset airtime pin code, new pin code subsequintly send but not working stating it had been entered incorrectly three times wich was not the case.phoned call centre again complaing about the problem and promised it would be investigated and report back to me.by friday 29/11/13 phoned again and promised that it takes 24 hours for pin to be reset wich again did not happen by saterday 30/11/13.phoned call centre monday 2/12/13 again and promised by end of day pin would be reset and still nothing happend.
