It seems Foschini not only drags they feet from a store level but all the way to head office level as well.
My previous compliant has not been resolved nor has Jacqualine gotten back to me after I sent her emails.
The lady fails to even locate the account number in question using an ID. I know most system havesearch queries using an ID number. it has been two weeks to date and still nothing. am very disappointed.
