Order went wrong

I placed an order online on the 22/10/213, Blake 8 piece, thinking that it was the normal 8 piece but this 1 was different. It was 4 piece set, consisted of 2 winter sheets and 2 fitted but in 2 separate packs. I also ordered Zimkitha 10 piece set which was a correct one but because of the appointment that I got i decided to return everything. Firstly my first debited was on the 24/10/13 before I even received the order. I called spoke to different consultants with different stories. Through all the difficulties of being pulled from pillar to post we managed to get the correct way of returning the package and send everything on the 18.11.13 which was the 14th day. A week went by without any feedback from them about the package. I stopped the debit order on my side hoping that the order was cancelled. I received a call from the collections saying I'm behind with my payment I explained the story, she then said that the package was not complete of which I sent everything and even faxed the slip from the post office. I'm very furious and disappointed with the service I received and I want this will be sorted out or else I'm taking the matter further, your consultants are also rude.
