Purchased Samsung Galaxy S3 in November 2012 and faulty due to camera and charging problem. Kalahari aware of this problem from the start and more than happy to take back phone for evaluation/repair/refund. I could not bear to part with it and tried fixing problem myself through updating phone and buying new battery but none of that fixed the problem. Phone never bumped, fell and was kept in cover all the time, very well looked after. Eventually i had to accept that i could no longer hang on to my phone and it had to go back to Kalahari after almost 6 months. I received a full refund in 2 days!! Have to commend Kalahari on their EXCELLENT, PROMPT and FRIENDLY service regarding this matter and can recommend them to everyone reading this. WELL DONE KALAHARI!!!
