Received a call from foschini confirming the outstanding balance as R1250, got a response from Pienaar Sithole and associates stating that this account has been with them for 840 days and that they charge for calls even if they never made contact with me. Today they send me an settlement balance of R1438.12.This is honestly getting annoying. If this cant be sorted out i will have no alternative but to seek legal advise. I am honestly not happy with this. Foschini is honestly dragging their feet in regards to us getting a solution to this matter. This is my complaint nr 4 on this platform. Funny enough Pienaar, Sithole and associates want to charge me for a statement and to get recordings from their archive to show why all the extra charges. Can we please get this matter resolved so that i can settle this matter.
