I am extremely disgusted at the quality of a packet of Lemon Cream biscuits which I bought at Pine Xpress shop at Pine Lake Marina in Sedgefield on 29 November 2013.
I enjoy lemon cream biscuits but was very disappointed with this experience. The biscuit itself is fresh, but there is NO cream to hardly ANY cream on the biscuit (see attached photos). Is this Baumann's way of cutting product costs while charging the same price for it's products? If so, it is extremely disappointing that consumers are being conned by such terrible business practices.
If this is now the real quality of Baumann's and your normal business practice, then I will no longer be purchasing Baumann's biscuits.
