The first time I notified Beares was 31 July about my problem with my washing machine. After I have been told that the extended cover will not cover the washing machine has been picked up to go for repairs. Everytime I phone to hear what is going onn I just get response waiting for parts. The branch manager Jessie never phones me back when I leave messages. I even reported this problem at Customer care and they don't even phone me back. What time frame is acceptable to wait for an repair?
I have written down to whom I spoke and when exactly. (everytime I have written down) If this info is needed I can be contacted via Email and provide email adrress where to send all the info.
