I have been dealing with so many different people from Edcon for the past 3yrs and all could not assist me. I was getting fed up with their inconsistence and making incorrect notes, not following up, not receivng documents and giving me the run around. Finally on the 23/01/2012 CHAD called me and I explained him again everything. He understood my situation, aplogised and informed me he will get the matter resolved. 25/01/2012 Mariana Carr mailed me. I emailed her all documentation and informed her everything again. Within minutes she responded that the matter has been resolved and account has been closed. Such AWESOME, FANTASTIC response from Chad and Mariana. Edcon should employ more people like them. Dealing with such competent staff gives you a piece of mind. 3yrs struggle is over. Thank you Chad and Mariana. You can teach the rest of your colleagues customer service. JOB WELL DONE. KEEP IT UP
