Unprofessional call centre agent

I just rec a call from a call centre agent at 7:55pm. She said was calling from Woolworth prof and she then she went to say the call was recorded and that this is my reference no. Didn't even ask whether this was a convenient time to speak. I stopped her and said I was in the car and the reference no will be pointless, so she needs to explain the reason for the call. The call was to advise that my account is arrears and I must pay R1000. She said this was due a underpayment of R100 from last month. When I asked when the payment was due. 6th Dec. I dean became annoyed and asked her not to call for R100esp when the new installment is due only on the 6th. I am so angry and frustrated that I'm considering closing my acc. She also then just put the phone down, her behavior was intolerable. I don't need to deal with the incompetence of your staff. I want an apology from her... And further this to this perhaps reconsider the type of ppl you employ at your call centre. Please call the people that really owe you moneys I.e yr true bad debts, not all the cust that may appear on an exception report, I don don't think woollies has their cust best interest at heart... dissatisfied.
