I paid my account online on the 3:09:2013, from then to now they have not located my payment. I was asked to fax through proof of payment which was still not good enough and the payment is still not found. To make matters worse i asked the call centre agent to call me once the matter is resolved, she said she will not be able to do that, i asked her to email me, she said she will not be able to do that... really now, what are these lazy call centre agents there for. All you ever hear them say to you when you have a query, " sorry mam, but we have escalated the problem". Woolworth have the worse customer care service in any industry that i have dealt with. Woolworths need to spend money on employing more competent people to do the job or provide better training for these people to work in Customer Service.
