No access to my account statements

I requested access to my online account 2 months ago but still no one has helped me. I do not receive statements but I am expected to play my account. Basically, I just have to trust that what I am verbally told to pay is correct. I need acres to my statements or I will pay up this account this month and go to one of your competitors instead
