DHL way bill generated before the actual purchase

I purchased a book on the 9th of November and I was informed that the book was mailed out on the 18th of November.
The company provided me with a DHL way bill that was generated a day before I made a purchase and ten days before the sent the book out!
It can only mean that the way bill was not for my purchase.
It has taken [URL Removed] more than two weeks daily contact and yet error was not corrected!
Now they send automated message saying the waybill is the correct one without even cross checking my facts.
Lazy people, Rude and unprofessional.
I do not recommend them!
