On the 26th November I visited your shop for a refund. On 10 September I bought a top for my grandson for R29.99 and was charged twice for the same article. I was refunded and did some more shopping. I bought 3 Christmas decorations bar code 6001224040111 (love, joy and piece) and was charged 4 times. I am a regular shopper at your store and wonder how many other times have I been charged twice for the same article as I never checked my till slip. This is very inconvenient as I live in Bellville and now have to go back to Brackenfell for a refund. If you buy quite a few items and the store is busy with long queues how can one check your till slip right there and then? If have to go back every other week for a refund where I was charged incorrectly what will your reaction be?
