I logged a claim for my watch on the 7th of November and submitted all documents as per Terms and Conditions of submittinh a claim and more over within required time frames. To my suprise when I follow up with the store 28days later, I am told I need to provide a list of all items that were? I am not going to that when I have given you all the infor you can use, affidavit is there, case number is there, SAPS numbers is also there. What more do you need to investigate or you just dnt knw how to investigate? People I don't have time for stupid games. I value my time and you are wasting it. Some 1 brains and solution call me? For the record this watch is less than R500 and when I got hijacked I lost my dignity, stock worth much more than that. Please resolve this asap. Please call me or email me. U have all my details.
