Billed for unrequested financial services

I have two matters to to tackle.
1. When I checked my last statement, I found out that I am being billed for financial services I did not request and i would like them to be reversed off my account. I did not request or agree to them and I will not be oaying for them.
2. I am compelled to express my disappointment in the way accounts are handled at Edgars. I was put into a 12 month plan which bears interest. My problem always has been that I pay off all my balances within 4 months which means I am paying for a service I do not need. The last time I tried to change to a 6 month plan in an Edgars store, they told me that I do not meet the required score and some other stuff i do not remember. What ever the reason may be, the fact remains I have to pay money for service i do not need and I need a proper explanation why i cant get the service I deserve.
Furthermore, people who open new accounts are able to open their accounts interest free, so can I close my account and re-open it as a new account? I just need to be on a 6 month plan failing which i will just close down my account and you will not be getting anymore money from me. Please fix this.
