My Daughter bought a dress for my wife. My wife has fitted on the dress at our home to see if it fits for 5 min. My family gave their opinion and said the dress does not fit. My daughter tried to return the dress 2 days later and the manageress said they will not take back the dress because it smells like perfume. The price tag is still on. The dress has no stains or marks on it. I paid cash for the dress. I called the Manageress (041 408 7652) and she has an attitude. She gave me the Jet stores complaints telephone number 0860 113 639. The complaints office consultants tried to get hold of her but she does not come to the phone and she just hang up. Just a question? Why does Legit not have a big sign in their store that says, "Before you try on any our clothes, make sure you are not wearing any perfume". A first time for me. With this kind of attitude I will never open an account with Legit. I am not happy with her attitude towards my daughter or myself. My daughter is only 18 years old and the manageress is bullying her. I will definitely take this matter to the news papers and the Provincial consumer affairs offices if the this women's attitude is not sorted. Mr. Van Der Merwe
