Urnt meal

I recently purchased a butternut and mixed veggies dish @ the Criaghall branch, the butternut in the dish was extremly burnt that i could not even eat the meal, i had to throw it away. I have taken some pictures of the meal, advise if this needs to be sent.

Shocking and i think twice before i get dinner from Woolworths now :-(
