Going back to my previous complaint about the guy at cresta branch that never phoned me back, i received a call from head office about my complaint, unfortunately i cant remember hes name but he said he would phone me back about the exchange the following day (this was 1 week ago) IM STILL WAITING AGAIN
this is the worst service i have ever received and i will be closing my account at the end of this month, Edgars cant even supply me with a simple service why must spend my money there?
