I often frequent this Midmar in Brackenfell (next to KFC) as it is close to my home. On my recent visit, I entered this franchise, took two 750ml Hunters Dry out the fridge of which one slipped out of my hand and broke. All the staff in the franchise was staring at me, not saying a word. I took another 1 out the fridge and went to the till to pay, I presume it was the manager in the corner behind his desk and asked if I should pay for the bottle I broke, he abruptly nodded, not saying a word!
This kind of service is pathetic, I felt like a criminal. Accidents happen and I did not mind paying.
I would really have hoped for better service.
