Since 24 November 2013 I am waiting that someone contact me from the TFG Platinum Mall so that I would be able to log in. I went on the website send my details numerous times, but without any luck. Phone today 27 November 2013 and the lady said someone will get into contact with me. Still up to now, nothing. How many times should one request a call from TFG Platinum or phone to get assistance. Please can someone phone me regarding my problem
