A few months ago, my cards were compromised. All my cards were cancelled and received new ones, but was charged which I was informed it would be credited. Still waiting for the credits to be passed on my account.
HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO PHONE/EMAIL/SCREAM to get a simple query resolved.
Platimum service has gone from bad to worse in my experience. Is it because Stefan takes long leave and no one bothers if his clients contact the suite?
