No feedback on Visa Platinum loyalty reward

On 1 October 2012, I placed order number M9556736 with Kalahari. During the purchase process I linked my Visa Platinum number to the purchase in order to receive the 8% Visa Platinum cash back reward for the purchase. I have done this successfully with Kalahari on numerous occasions for many years. The cash back voucher is usually available on the website for use within a month following the qualifying purchase.
I emailed their support in November as to why it was not yet reflecting on my account. I received a response from Moegseda stating that the ABSA rewards program was no longer running to which I responding saying that I was not an ABSA client and that I was referring to the VISA platinum program. i received no further feedback despite following up via email on 10 December 2012 and 10 January 2013.
These rewards are still valid on their website
