I ordered a queen piece comforter at Homechoice and when i fit it on my bed it was for a double bed. I then gave them a call and the consultant told me to send it back by post office and send the proof of postage so that they (Homechoice) could pay me back the postage. I did that and ask them to credit my account instead. This happened in July 2013.
Since then, I have been calling to find out when will they credit my account as it's not showing in the account. I have been promised that they will do it. Today (27/11/2013) when i phone, i spoke to Bridget who transferred me to Harafa and i was told that i will not get the full credit because that's what they do. I then ask her to fax me a statement and to my surprise, only R173.51 was credited and I paid R408.30 for postage. According to her, it's half of what i've paid.
I am sick of fighting to this people and i just want people to know how they operate. They get in your nerve to order their goods and after that they handle you like garbage.
