Retun Policy

I brought clothes from Woolworths and used my bank card to pay for it, the money was taken from my account imdiatley but when I returned some of the goods the money was then paid back into my acount and I have to wait 48 hours for my money to pe paid back into my account this is not acceptable to me as I paid them imdiatley and the money was taken from my account the same time no where is it displayed that this is there policy they are actually from the public
