With shock and sadness I heard this monring that my Mastercard account had been suspended.
I have been a loyal customer for many many years. I have never had a bad debt of any sort in my entire life, not one!
Over Dec 2012, I skipped payment. Then, without any consultation, only vague sms's and automated voice calls, which I abhore, and without notice of their intention, they suspend my account.
I will be settling the balance outright, because I can, and then closing my account.
Sad, that after all this time, not even a human voice on the other side of the line.
Seems there is no consideration for the loyalty. No consideration for an historically good customer.
