I went to do grocery today at Makro Centurion.there is a special for Nestle hot chocolate whereby it says if you buy a big bottle you get 250ml free. I opt for the special, when I ask about the freebie I was told by a guy from Nestle that it is finished. I asked him why he displayed a product that is out of stock he couldn't answer instead he removed it. I bought the nestle hot chocolate and I still want the free one. Secondly your Lux special for 100 in your ad it says you can buy variants but according to your POS machine you cannot buy it for the special price only white colour which left me with no option. When you have special like this make sure your machine can read properly. Worst of all today i was charged 51.00 for first value product (handy andy).i bought x4 which charged me 204. instead of 10.00 .thanks to the security lady for picking it up for me and I was refunded, i then nopted to buy handy andy. I f I did not check the receipt it was a total rip off.
