Excuses instead of solutions

Carolyn and Abrahim based at Canal Walk have been good with keeping me up to date with mixed information to get my Mac Pro repaired - excuse after excuse as feedback - now the courier delivered it to the incorrect destination while they can get into their car and get it to me as promised! Shocked!!! Its been over 2 weeks, way more than. 10 days! Absolutely horrifying
