Incredible Connection
Excellent service

I bought a Samsung PC last month. After 3 weeks a line appeared on the screen which I thought would just be a reset. I took it in and they had a look at it and a few minutes later they bought out a new one. They said it was a hardware fault and it was the first return on this model. Even though the 12 day return date policy had expired they replaced it with a new one. I am very impressed with their service without even asking for a replacement.
