Order stationary, send all relevant information to contact details provided. 2 weeks later still no delivery after speaking to the person in charge and every time with a different excuse. Fist excuse, could not get hold of parents (have never received any missed calls or messages) and now the excuse is that they were on holiday and the people are only back today and order is getting processed and will be delivered.
