Cut a long story short.
This is my second box for Ariel Washing Capsules that i have open up and they have been leaking.
In a result the other capsules have broken and lost like the 20 washes out of the 24 capsules.
OK, so I email the customer complaints dept.
In her long no convulsion email back, she basically told me that I MUST HAVE WET HANDS WHEN I REACH IN THE BOX AS THAT'S WHAT THE CAPSULES DO WHEN WET.
And if they are all wet i must not try and separate them, just put them all in the wash - so yes that load just cost me R100 EXCL electricity and water. NEVER mind the damage on my poor cloths.
HONESTLY - do not use WET hands!
She basically called me STUPID! I know how these capsules work.
I cant believe such a BIG company has this person on the front line!
I would just die, if this was my company's Representative.
