Jesse Damoense refuses to help me

It's been exactly a month now since I had any contact from Jesse Damoense.
She gave me a price on a screen and said theres no stock available then said "3-5 weeks"
I have been pleading with her ever since to tell me if I need to order the screen or if is on order already, a month later and she still refuses to let me know, I even got someone else from the branch to ask her and she said to the person that she will get back to me, which of course what not true.
I just need to know if I must order this, it is very important to me, because of Jesse Damoense I will probably never get my camera working again.
Even when she was communicating with me she was so lethargic about her work now she's just decided she's over it.
