A few months ago i went into the lemon tree store as i usually go everyday to buy. Getting in the store the items i normally was changed to a higher shelve. I logged an a complaint on the customer care email. Only two weeks later they responded to my complaint and said they will rectify it. Went into this store a last week and saw it still has not been rectified as discussed. I have decided to close my loan acc and my store card with woolworths as there is no purpose having it if i cannot use it. Woolworths should jack up their service or they are going to lose a lot more clientele.
I gave customer care more time than requested to resolve this but just seems not interested. I am considering to email the Australian branch which is the mother company and expalain what South Africa is doing to their company.

I also was contacted by their call centre explaing i qualify for a loan. I accepted. Was told all the do's and dont's, but never said there was a monthly fee of R24.50 when i queried the amounts. i was only said sorry not an excuse. i would not have taken it if i knew how bad this is. nb loan acc has been paid up. they owe me money.
