Messed up order and breach of contract

There has been no part of my transaction that has been satisfactory.
I moved in a new place on the 8th of November. A week earlier I went to Furniture City in Fourways to get furniture for my apartment as I had wanted to get everything all at once and pay it off by February when the 1st deduction was due to go off.

This are the events that followed:
1. I was initially told that the furniture will be delivered by the 13th. One of the consultants didnt include the TV, so that was posponed to the 14th.

2. On the 14th the goods were not delivered as their consultant had send through the delivery forms to Barloworlds too late.

3. Barloworld contacted me on to confirm the date of delivery and I requested that they deliver on Friday afternoon. At 10am I received a call from them telling me that the order will have to be delivered by 12 or i will only get them on Monday, the 18th. I had to demand that they deliver them on that day as planned.

4. When the good were delivered, the coffee table was removed and the sofa had 2 left arm rests in 2 different colours.

5. On the 20th I got a call from African bank regarding the 1st installment in Dec when we agreed for Feb!!!
