Smart Shopper Card Points Fiasco

Recvd an email Jan 16th stating I had R170.1 to spend - went to the shop - only plus/minus R35.00 showing when swiping card in the machine.
Recvd an email 20th June stating I had R189.11 in my shopper account to spend, when swiping card - no such amount, only R27.00 available.
Recvd an email 20th June stating my 6 personalised vouchers are here... spend R100 (which I later did and more) and earn 500 bonus points. again nothing showing in the machine.
I have been to P n P 3 times since 20th June - twice called the smart shopper centre - first time spoke to Cindi, said she would call back - still waiting, called again spoke to Brandon who asked that I send him copies of the three emails - which I did 28th June and again having heard nothing 4th July. The emails did not bounce back so they must have been received.
Again visited P and P Gardens this time I am told there is a customer services person- Odessa (no one said that before?) we went to Odessas office and called the smartshopper centre - spoke to Ayanda (ref 8001006360) who said she would escalate the query to her supervisor - that was 12 days ago... I have heard nothing.
How pathetic is this - service WHAT SERVICE?
